Shipping to UK Mainland only.

We aim to deliver our products in the fastest/safest way possible. Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the size of the product that they have purchased. However, please expect your product to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, unless other arrangements are made.

For Local orders, our delivery drivers will deliver your product using our own delivery services. For nationwide orders, we may use a courier delivery service. Delivery rates vary depending on weight, size, and number of packages as well as the invoice value for customs purposes.

Currently we offer delivery across UK Mainland at a fixed rate of £20.00 within a 100 Mile distance of our showroom, if your address is situated outside of the 100 mile radius you may be charged an additional delivery surcharge. Please email us for all other international deliveries. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

We have a 14 day return policy only on TVs, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This Excludes Sale Items
To start a return, you can contact us via Return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Appliances are non returnable due to be graded are subject to repair or replacement for 6 months

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
